Kenneth Jim Joseph Jimeno

Acting Director, Department of Foreign Affairs
Kenneth Jim Joseph Jimeno is a foreign service officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs. He currently serves as an acting director at the Office of Migrant Workers Affairs. He supervises the assistance-to-national operations in Asia, covering 16 Philippine embassies and nine consulates general. He is also the office's focal person on health matters and chairs the Regulation, Information Management, and Monitoring Technical Working Group of the Philippine Migrant Health Network. Before joining the diplomatic corps, he was a research fellow at the Department of Health and a nurse clinician at a major medical center in the Philippines. His written works appeared in Harvard Public Health Review and Routed Magazine. He is a Pacific Forum Young Leader, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and a YSEALI Academy Technology and Innovation Fellow. He is also the coordinator of the Data & Policy Journal of the Cambridge University Press.
