China Head of FinTech and Payment Strategy Tripping into one of the fast-changing and competitive industries: fin-tech, Lau Kong Shing(Adam) always remind himself to be open-minded to new technology and opportunities. With eight years of experience in the fin-tech industry, he is dedicated to financial inclusion in HKT Financial Service as the head of Fintech and payment strategy. Prior to joining HKT, he founded HEYCOINS in 2016. The team was instrumental in driving the digitalization of cash by launching Hong Kong's first coin recycling machine. They then collaborated with Zurich to launch a micro-insurance product and transformed it into an innovation consulting firm. Outside of work, Adam serves on the advisory committee of the HKSAR Home Affairs Department's government investment fund for social innovation and social enterprise. He believe that investing in social good and creating a sustainable future for future generations is critical.
