Brett Lyndall Singh, 29, born in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, is a Medical Doctor and Scholar at the Tsinghua University Vanke School of Public Health, jointly established by the Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health, holding a Masters of Medicine in Paediatrics, and worked in China in the Wenzhou Medical University anti-pandemic task force that published the clinical protocol for treating kids diagnosed with COVID-19. He is the Founder and CEO of Alpha and Omega MedTech, As Chairperson of Global Value Chains Working Group of the South African National Healthcare Products Masterplan, he directly influences the transformation, investment, and innovation around South Africa’s $35B healthcare industry.
Brett recently made the cover of Forbes Africa Magazine as the 30 under 30 Class of 2022, being recognized as an entrepreneur for breakthrough in HealthTech. Alpha and Omega Medical Group and Subsidiaries have a “doctor-centric” approach, creating products for Community based doctors, with their Diagnostic Centers, to Skills Development with Doctors with their iLifeAfrica Internships Programme. They are United Nations Global Compact Listed Company, and official Medical Device vendors on CDC Africa, Africa Medical Supplies Platform.
