Romania ESG Expert & Consultant Mihai Toader-Pasti is an ESG expert and consultant with 11 years of experience in founding and leading several organizations related to green buildings, renewable energy, and sustainable cities. Previously, Mihai cofounded and led two of Romania’s most esteemed sustainability non-profit projects (EFdeN and energiaTa). During his leadership, the team designed and built 2 sustainable homes, the country's first Research Center for Comfort Conditions, and the highest scoring LEED certified building in Europe. He also led the efforts to change the legislation, making energy prosumers a reality in Romania, by creating the first and biggest prosumers community in the country and the Prosumers Guide. Mihai is a Communication & Strategy Committee Member at the World Energy Council, and a fellow of Eisenhower Fellowships Youth Leaders, Global Shapers Climate Action Committee, G20 Young Global Changer, Climate Reality, Aspen Institute, and UNLEASH. He won individually & collectively more than 50 national and international awards, including Forbes 30 under 30 Europe, and JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World.
